Dear Clients:

Please be advised that I was recently appointed by the Governor to serve as a judge on the Mecklenburg County District Court. In order to assume this position, I must withdraw from all pending cases and close my practice.

All current and former clients are asked to visit the office by Friday, February 22, 2008 to pick up a copy of your file and sign a release acknowledging receipt of the same.

Clients who have matters that are currently pending in court are asked to also sign a Motion to Withdraw consenting to my withdrawal from your case. Please let us know if you need any assistance finding a replacement attorney.

You may pick up your file from my office at the following times without an appointment:

• Week of February 11, 2008 (M-F) – 9:00am – 2:00pm
• February 16, 2008 (Saturday) – 1:00pm – 5:00pm
• Week of February 22, 2008 (M-F) – 9:00am – 2:00pm

If you need to come at a different time, please call us at 704-941-3300 and schedule an appointment to pick up your file at a time that is mutually convenient.

Our office is located at the corner of Camden Road and East Boulevard, one block West of the intersection of East Boulevard and South Boulevard. Parking is available on the street in front of the office or in the lot behind the building.

Directions to The Hoover Law Firm:
From 1-77 North:
Take the Remount Road Exit #8.
Turn right onto Remount Road.
Turn left onto South Tryon Street at the next traffic light.
Turn right onto West Boulevard.
Travel to the next traffic light.
Turn right on Camden Road.
The office will be on your right immediately after you turn onto Camden Road.
There is street parking on Camden Road and free parking in the lot behind the building.

From I-77 South:
Take the West Blvd. Exit #9A.
Turn left when exiting the interstate.
Travel to the third traffic light (approximately 1 mile)
(Note that West Boulevard will change to East Boulevard once you cross South Tryon St.)
Turn right on Camden Road.
The office will be on your right immediately after you turn onto Camden Road.
There is street parking on Camden Road and free parking in the lot behind the building.

From I-85:
Take I-85 to I-77 South.
Take the West Blvd. Exit #9A.
Turn left when exiting the interstate.
Travel to the third traffic light (approximately 1 mile)

Turn right on Camden Road.

From Downtown/East Charlotte/Independence:
Take I-277 to the South Boulevard exit.
Head away from downtown on South Boulevard.
Turn right on East Boulevard (at the 3rd light).
Turn left on Camden Road.
The office will be on your right immediately after you turn onto Camden Road.
There is street parking on Camden Road and free parking in the lot behind the building.
